For example, our Cauli-Flower-Power Pizza replaces wheat flour with the vegetable, cauliflower. This is a much healthier option as cauliflower doesn’t increase glucose levels in blood the way wheat flour does.
The slow-releasing carbohydrates found in most vegetables allow for a much slower conversion to glucose in the body, which avoids spikes in blood sugar levels.
