When you choose our suggested diet menus, you agree to take full responsibility for your own health and the health of the people with whom you share the diets and recipes. Our menus are a suggestion and are in no case meant to replace the advice of your doctor,  dietary specialist or physical trainer and are in in no case meant to pose a threat to the health of any person choosing to use them. 

We endeavour to provide full and accurate information relating to all ingredients used in the recipes and products and especially in relation to nuts,  dairy products and gluten and in no case do we guarantee that our recipes and products do not contain nuts,  dairy products or gluten. 

If in any doubt concerning your health or safety, or the health and safety of any person you choose to share our products and recipes with,  we highly recommend that you consult your doctor,  physical trainer and or dietary specialist BEFORE using any of our products or recipes.

In light of the above,  the creators of the GLS Diet have no responsibility in case of any deterioration of health and safety of any consumer who willingly chooses, after CAREFUL consideration of ALL the information we shall undertake to provide in relation to proper use of and the ingredients in the diets,  menus and programs of our products BUT we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied,  to use said diets,  menus and or programs. 

While deciding to prepare and consume the diets and or products suggested for the GLS Diet, you are aware, you agree, and fully respect all of the above. 

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for (I) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (II) fraud; (III) fraudulent misrepresentation; or (IV) any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under the law of (insert all the countries you will operate in).

SPECIAL PRODUCTS

If you choose to subscribe to one of our exclusive GLS partners which provides PM-International products, (Optimal Set monthly Autoship as minimum requirement) ,  you will also get access to the premium GLS-Diet service and support. However,  If you choose to not renew your subscription for the Optimal set autoship provided by PM-international you will automatically lose access to the GLS diet service and support.

SUSPENSION/WITHDRAWAL ON THE WEBSITES, FACEBOOK CLOSED GROUPS, FACEBOOK OPEN GROUPS AND FACEBOOK PAGES.

We may update and change our websites, our Facebook closed groups, Facebook open groups and Facebook pages from time to time.

We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our sites, support material provided for business purpose and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
